Yes! All our lamps are designed with modern efficiency standards in mind. Many models are compatible with LED bulbs (not always included) for maximum energy savings.
Do your lamps come with bulbs?
This varies by product. Please check the product description for details. If bulbs aren’t included, we provide clear specifications about compatible bulb types.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse located at 829 Calvin Street, Baltimore, US 21202. We’re proud to illuminate homes worldwide from our Baltimore headquarters!
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:

Standard Shipping ($12.95): Fast & trackable via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally to most countries! However, some remote areas in Asia and other regions may have restrictions. If you’re unsure, please contact us at [email protected] before ordering.
How long does order processing take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends). Each lamp undergoes quality inspection before careful packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-Day Happiness Promise! You may return items within 15 days of delivery for a no-hassle refund if they’re damaged or incorrect. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
For damaged or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
How long do refunds take?
