Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new lamp! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and all tags must be intact
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless item is defective

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Reading lamps showing signs of personal use (fingerprints, residue on handles, etc.)
  • Custom or special order items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:
    • Subject line: “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
    • Your order number
    • Product name and reason for return
    • Whether you want a refund or exchange
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship It Back: Send to:

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Appearance in Account: 5-10 business days after processing
  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to our error

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your replacement after receiving and inspecting your return
  • Standard shipping rates apply unless exchange is due to our error
  • Price differences will be refunded or charged as needed

Damaged or Defective Items

If your lamp arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item
